As Europe’s furniture industry moves steadily toward more sustainable, human-centric and resilient models, the FURN5.0 project is preparing a unique tool to inspire and support this transition: an Industry 5.0 Guide for the Furniture Sector.

Currently in its final stages of development, the guide will feature 15 in-depth Application Cards showcasing how key Industry 5.0 technologies are already transforming furniture manufacturing, design, and business models. The cards - which have been commissioned to a panel of European experts - will provide practical insights, concrete examples, and expert recommendations, making them an essential resource for companies, designers, and policymakers alike.

The preliminary version of the guide is expected to be available after the summer.
